the Course
This is a course designed to take your practice to the next level of dental technology while maximizing your practice income. In the past, bone grafting and implant procedures were complex, time consuming and costly for the dentist, thus limiting the profit margin for the practice. With today's simple surgical procedures, better grafting materials, improved implant designs and quality educational courses, modern day dentists are now meeting and providing the requests and needs of all patients. With the plethora of research and the predictability of tissue regeneration and dental implants, implants are now considered a valid and required part of all treatment plans. Today, mastering dental implants treatment and tissue regeneration is an attainable goal for all dentists.

Implant Applications
As dentists, we are charged to prevent or rescue the dental cripple by restoring oral health, function and existing dental deterioration that may afflict them. Today's dental implants restore function and provide longevity while maintaining esthetics fo dental patients in an environment that can be maintained with routine oral hygiene procedures.
Bone Grafting Applications
Dental implants depend on adequate hard and soft tissue support for success, esthetics and function. When teeth are lost, the socket does not fill in with bone, resulting in a defect. Hard and soft tissue grafting procedures correct these defects by providing alveolar ridge width and height. The improved alveolar bone will enhance the esthetics, function, longevity, and predictability around existing crown and bridge restorations and dental implants. Bone grafting procedures will also increase the supporting bone surface area for the removable prostheses. Many practices have adopted this philosophy and are now providing esthetic bone grafting procedures for all patients on a routine basis.
